Warriors 106, Clippers 99: Stephen Curry hit four of his six 3-pointers in the fourth quarter and finished with 28 points as host Golden State dominated the final period and knocked off Los Angeles.

Jarrett Jack added 18 points and 10 assists and Klay Thompson also scored 18 for Golden State. David Lee returned to the lineup following a one-game absence due to an ankle injury and collected 12 points, 11 rebounds and six assists in 39 minutes.

Blake Griffin led the Clippers with 26 points and 13 boards while Chris Paul was held to four points on 1-of-7 shooting in 33 minutes. Jamal Crawford scored 24 points off the bench and Caron Butler added 19 as Los Angeles fell to 1-3 in the season series.

The Warriors trailed 82-75 with under 10 minutes to play before Curry buried three 3-pointers in a 15-4 burst to put them on top 90-86 with six minutes left. The Clippers scored on four straight possessions to take back the lead before Jack hit a pair of free throws and Curry found Carl Landry for a layup and a 96-95 edge.

Curry added a 3-pointer to make it a 99-95 lead and hit four free throws in the final 23 seconds left to help put the game away. He totaled 16 points in the fourth as Golden State outscored Los Angeles 33-19.

The Warriors held a five-point advantage in the third quarter before the Clippers ended the period with a 12-0 burst to take a seven-point lead into the fourth. Crawford and Eric Bledsoe each hit a 3-pointer and Caron Butler scored four points in the run.

GAME NOTEBOOK: The Clippers had a four-game winning streak come to an end. They host the Western Conference-leading Oklahoma City Thunder on Tuesday. … Led by Curry’s 6-of-8 effort, the Warriors went 12-of-22 from beyond the arc. … Curry has reached 20 points in five consecutive games, sandwiched around a two-game absence due to an ankle injury.
