Pacers 99, Cavaliers 89: Roy Hibbert scored 18 points to lead six players in double figures as visiting Indiana handed skidding Cleveland its sixth straight defeat.

Lance Stephenson scored a season-high 16 points and David West added 15 and 10 rebounds as the Pacers won for the fifth time in six games and improved to 10-1 in the last 11 meetings with the Cavaliers.

Kyrie Irving had a team-high 17 points for Cleveland, which also had all five starters and six players score in double figures in absorbing its league-worst 23rd loss.

Indiana took control of the game in the third quarter, using an 11-2 run to turn a three-point deficit into a 57-51 edge. Stephenson had eight points in the quarter as the Pacers shot 15-for-22 to extend the lead to as many as 14.

The Cavaliers briefly got the deficit under double digits on a 3-pointer by C.J. Miles with just under 9 1/2 minutes to play, but George Hill converted a three-point play to extend the lead to 13. The Pacers never let the margin get under 10 the rest of the way.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Pacers reserve swingman Gerald Green scored 14 points in 16 minutes before exiting with a sprained left ankle. ... Cavaliers C Anderson Varejao, the league's leader rebounder, sat out his second straight game with a bruised right knee. He is expected to be sidelined for Saturday's contest against Milwaukee. ... Indiana has not allowed an opponent to reach 90 points in its last five victories.
