Pistons 100, Wizards 68: Greg Monroe and Brandon Knight scored 15 points apiece and Andre Drummond added 11 points and 14 rebounds as Detroit snapped a six-game losing skid by winning the opener of a home-and-home series with visiting Washington.

Rodney Stuckey also had 11 points before exiting with a facial injury for the Pistons, who defeated the Wizards for the 11th time in 13 games.

Jamal Crawford had 14 of his 20 points in the first half for the Wizards, who have dropped six in a row to fall to an NBA-worst 1-12 on the road.

After going 1-for-10 from the field against Toronto, Knight drilled a pair of 3-pointers to highlight an 11-point performance in the first quarter.

The Pistons, who cruised to a 53-34 lead at the half, were never seriously threatened and sealed the win on the strength of a sizzling 10-for-24 performance from 3-point range.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Viacheslav Kravtsov made his NBA debut in the fourth quarter after being summoned to the foul line to replace Stuckey. Kravtsov split a pair of free throws before tossing down an emphatic dunk in the fourth quarter. ... While Crawford shot 7-for-17 from the first half, the remaining Wizards were a collective 8-for-30 from the field. ... Wizards rookie G Bradley Beal, the third overall pick, missed his second straight game with a balky back.
