Raptors 113, Cavaliers 99: Jose Calderon scored 23 points to lead six players in double figures as visiting Toronto dominated the second half to win its third straight game.

Alan Anderson had 18 points and Amir Johnson added 17 for the Raptors, who outscored the Cavaliers by a 64-46 margin following halftime to snap an 11-game road losing streak.

Kyrie Irving followed his career-high 41-point effort on Saturday with a team-high 23 points for Cleveland. Anderson Varejao overcame a right knee contusion to record 22 points - with 12 coming from the foul line - for the Cavaliers, who have lost four in a row and nine of 10.

With Toronto nursing a 78-76 advantage, John Lucas highlighted an 11-2 run by scoring six straight points for Toronto. Johnson went to work on the interior by scoring eight points in a three-minute span as the Raptors extended their lead to 100-89.

Anderson made a trio of 3-pointers during the final quarter as Toronto secured its first three-game winning streak since April 1-4.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Cleveland rookie Dion Waiters returned from an eight-game absence due to a sprained left ankle. Plagued by foul trouble, Waiters finished with eight points. ... Toronto's reserves outscored their counterparts 59-21. ... The Raptors overcame a seven-point deficit to start the second quarter as Anderson drilled a pair of 3-pointers to highlight a 12-4 run.
