LaMarcus Aldridge added 22 points and J.J. Hickson had 12 points and 12 rebounds for the Trail Blazers, who avenged a three-point home loss to the Spurs last month.

Nicolas Batum, battling a balky back that forced him to miss the previous game, contributed 11 points and a career-high eight assists and buried a decisive 3-pointer with 68 seconds to play.

Tony Parker scored 21 points and Tim Duncan added 16 for San Antonio, which lost to a 3-pointer at the buzzer in Utah on Wednesday night and fell to 11-4 away from home.

Portland took its biggest lead at 83-71 early in the fourth before Parker scored six straight points in a 10-2 spurt to rally the Spurs, who got within 91-88 on Danny Green's 3-pointer with 2:22 to play. Batum delivered the dagger with his 3-pointer to restore the lead to six before he blocked a shot by Parker 16 seconds later.
