Warriors 104, Bobcats 96:
Stephen Curry collected 27 points and seven assists and David Lee added 25 points and 11 rebounds as Golden State handed host Charlotte its eight straight setback.

Carl Landry scored 16 points while Jarrett Jack had 12 and six assists for the Warriors, who improved to 4-0 on their seven-game road trip.

Kemba Walker scored 24 and rookie Michael Kidd-Gilchrist chipped in 17 for the Bobcats, who are stuck on seven wins - the same total they had in all of last season. Charlotte chopped a 19-point deficit down to six on Walker’s 3-pointer in the final minute but fell short.

Golden State came out on fire in the first quarter, scoring on nine straight possessions at one point and opening a 38-23 lead after the period. The Warriors stretched it out to 58-40 at the half behind 17 points from Lee and 11 from Curry.

Charlotte tried to make a run in the third quarter but Curry cut them off, pouring in 15 more during the period to help make it a 93-74 lead. Golden State managed only three field goals in the fourth quarter but Jack hit the two free throws that put it away with 15 seconds left.

GAME NOTEBOOK:
The Warriors will receive their biggest test of the season-long road trip on Wednesday when they visit defending champion Miami. … The Bobcats put five players in double figures but shot just 37.3 percent (31.7 in the first half). … Charlotte has one game remaining on its homestand before a stretch of five of six on the road through Christmas.
