Jazz 102, Rockets 91: Gordon Hayward scored a team-high 15 points off the bench to lead a balanced offensive effort as Utah posted a comfortable win over visiting Houston.

Randy Foye scored 14 points in his second straight start as part of Utah coach Tyrone Corbin's big lineup. Al Jefferson also had 14 with 16 rebounds for his eighth double-double. Eight players tallied at least eight points for the Jazz, who won their 10th consecutive regular-season home game.

Patrick Patterson led all scorers with 19 as Houston lost its third straight and concluded a grueling stretch of five games in eight days. Chandler Parsons also had a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds, but went 3-of-11 from the field.

The Rockets played the second half without top scorer James Harden, who was a game-time decision with upper respiratory distress. Harden, who posted six points on 1-of-6 shooting, came in as the No. 2 scorer in the NBA and was averaging 29.8 points on the road.

Utah spotted the Rockets a 7-0 advantage, then scored 11 of the next 13 points to take a lead that it would not relinquish. The Jazz opened the second quarter on a 13-0 run to build a 42-26 cushion and led by as many as 23 late in the first half. Houston never got closer than nine again.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Rockets center Cole Aldrich sprained his ankle in the second quarter and did not return. ... Houston guard Carlos Delfino missed a third straight game with a groin injury. ... Utah now has won 24 of its last 29 home games with the Rockets.
