SPURS 127, KINGS 102: Gary Neal and Tiago Splitter scored 17 points apiece as visiting San Antonio won its fifth straight game.

Tony Parker added 15 points and eight assists for the Spurs, who maintained their lead over the Oklahoma City Thunder for best record in the Western Conference.

Isaiah Thomas had 21 points and eight assists, Marcus Thornton scored 20 points and DeMarcus Cousins had 18 points and nine rebounds for Sacramento, which has dropped eight of nine games.

San Antonio shot 58.8 percent from the field while finishing off a back-to-back-to-back with its third consecutive 20-point victory. Neal was 8-for-9 from the field and Splitter was 6 for 8.

The Spurs led by 11 entering the final stanza and opened the quarter with a 13-3 run to take a 110-89 lead on Kawhi Leonard’s basket.

Leonard, Manu Ginobili and Stephen Jackson all scored 13 points for San Antonio, which also received 11 points from Danny Green.

San Antonio led 58-57 at halftime but outscored the Kings 15-6 over the first 4 1/2 minutes of the second half to take a 10-point lead. The Spurs scored 39 points in third quarter to take a 97-86 lead into the final period.
