PACERS 102, HORNETS 84: Danny Granger scored a game-high 20 points and David West had a double-double to lead Indiana in a rout over host New Orleans on Saturday.

West, a fan favorite during his eight years in New Orleans, was booed repeatedly early in the first quarter, but had the last laugh with 14 points and 13 rebounds to lead Indiana to its sixth straight win overall and a two-game sweep of the season series with the Hornets.

Granger led the Pacers on a 12-2 run to end the second quarter and give the Pacers a commanding 54-37 lead at the half. The shorthanded Hornets couldn't answer in the second half.

New Orleans, which was without center Emeka Okafor and forward Carl Landry due to injuries, scored only 31 points in the second and third quarters combined. Guard Jarrett Jack had a team-high 18 points.

The Pacers are 22-3 this season when scoring at least 90 points and have hit the century mark in five straight games
