Deron Williams scored 16 of his game-high 34 points in the fourth quarter and overtime as the New Jersey Nets stunned the host Philadelphia 76ers 97-90 Wednesday night.

Williams made the difference down the stretch, hitting the game-tying shot in the final second of regulation and putting the Nets ahead for good on a 3-pointer with 26 seconds left in OT.

Jordan Farmar put the Nets ahead in the extra session with a 3-pointer less than two minutes in, and the lead grew to four before Philadelphia drew even on a Lou Williams running jumper with 1:21 left.

Mehmet Okur's bad pass on New Jersey's next posession sent Jrue Holliday in alone, and he threw down an emphatic dunk to give the 76ers a 90-88 advantage.

Deron Williams answered back, hitting the tying jumper before nailing the go-ahead 3-pointer after Philadelphia's Jodie Meeks missed a long 3 at the other end. Lou Williams went for the tie, but misfired on a 3-pointer with 18 seconds left.

New Jersey put the game away with free throws.

Elton Brand led the way with 16 points for the 76ers, who lost for just the second time in 10 home games.
