Reigning MVP Derrick Rose returned from a four-game injury absence to add 22 points as Chicago improved to a league-best 16-3 and remained unbeaten (8-0) at home.

Bulls center Joakim Noah, who sat out his last game due to injury, added 16 points and 10 rebounds to help the Bulls control the backboards 43-32.

Reserve Jordan Farmar scored 22 points and point guard Deron Williams had his second straight double-double with 16 points and 10 assists for the Nets, who were playing their third game in as many nights.

Despite playing without forward Luol Deng (wrist), the Bulls shot 57.3 percent (43 of 75) from the floor.

Noah scored eight of his 16 points during a third-quarter flurry to extend Chicago's 59-43 halftime lead to 68-47.

Shawne Williams hit a pair of 3-pointers to pull New Jersey within a dozen points, but Hamilton knocked down two from beyond the arc to build the lead to 85-68 entering the fourth.
