Monta Ellis had a game-high 33 points and seven assists as the Golden State Warriors held off the visiting Oklahoma City Thunder, 100-94, on Sunday.
David Lee collected 23 points and 19 rebounds and Stephen Curry added 23 points and 13 assists without a turnover for the Warriors, who dominated the glass, 47-33.
Golden State held a slim lead through most of the game, but looked to be in trouble when Russell Westbrook pulled the Thunder to within one at 86-85 when his 3-pointer just beat the shot clock at the 3:11 mark.
Ellis, who was passed over for a spot on the Western Conference All-Star team, responded immediately with a 3-pointer. The Warriors then forced a turnover which led to a transition layup for Dorell Wright and a 91-85 edge with 2:30 on the clock.
Jeff Green hit another 3-pointer for Oklahoma City to cut it to 93-92 with 1:07 to play, but Curry tossed a cross-court pass to Reggie Williams, who nailed a 3-pointer from the wing to push it back to a two-possession game.
Kevin Durant scored 29 points and Westbrook finished with 21 for the Thunder.
