Richard Jefferson scored 20 points to lead the San Antonio Spurs to a 111-102 victory over the visiting Utah Jazz on Saturday.

Tony Parker added 13 points and seven assists and Tiago Splitter had 13 points and eight rebounds for San Antonio (61-19), which won its fourth straight game and moved 1½ games ahead of the Chicago Bulls for homecourt advantage throughout the playoffs.

Al Jefferson had 23 points and eight rebounds, Derrick Favors scored 17 points and Paul Millsap had 16 points for Utah (37-43).

San Antonio scored the final nine points of the first half to take a 57-46 halftime lead and stretched its cushion to 17 on Tim Duncan’s basket with 4:43 left in the third quarter.

Utah pulled within 91-85 on Earl Watson’s 21-footer with 8:06 remaining, but San Antonio answered with an 8-2 run. Jefferson’s fourth 3-pointer gave the Spurs a 99-87 lead with 5:26 to go.

Manu Ginobili, DeJuan Blair and Gary Neal added 12 points apiece for San Antonio, which shot 57.7 percent from the field.

Devin Harris added 13 points and nine assists for Utah.
