Manu Ginobili hit the go-ahead shot with 1:15 remaining to highlight a 35-point performance Sunday as the host San Antonio Spurs earned a 95-88 win over the Memphis Grizzlies.

The win came at a price for San Antonio, which briefly lost power forward Tim Duncan to an ankle injury and saw point guard Tony Parker leave the game in the second quarter with a calf contusion.

George Hill and Matt Bonner added 14 points apiece for the Spurs (48-10), who improved to 28-2 at home on the season while remaining six games up on Dallas atop the Southwest Division.

Zach Randolph had 24 points and 17 rebounds in defeat as the Grizzlies (33-28) lost for just the second time in eight games. Randolph has 23 double-doubles in his past 25 games.

With the teams going back and forth in an entertaining fourth quarter, Randolph gave the Grizzlies their final lead on a pair of free throws with 1:34 left. Ginobili's jumper put the Spurs back in front for good, and he added two foul shots on the next possession to put the game away.

Mike Conley added 19 points for the Grizzlies, who shot just 37.5 percent.
