The Miami Heat's trio of superstars combined for 75 points, and the team held off a late charge from the visiting Atlanta Hawks in an 89-77 victory on Saturday night.
The Heat (13-8) led by as many as 17 in the first half and took a 50-36 advantage to the locker room. But the Hawks (13-8) clawed within 74-72 with 4:39 left only to see Miami reel off an 11-0 run to pull away.
Chris Bosh led the Heat with 27 points and 10 rebounds, and Dwyane Wade nearly matched him with 26 points and 10 boards. LeBron James added 22 points - including 16 in the first half - to go with seven rebounds and four assists.
The Hawks rallied behind a huge second half from Al Horford, who finished with a team-best 22 points on 10-of-11 shooting and added nine rebounds.
Atlanta, however, missed five consecutive field-goal attempts and a pair of free throws after pulling within two. Jamal Crawford and Josh Powell added 12 apiece off the bench for Atlanta.
It was the fourth consecutive win for the Heat, while Atlanta's win streak was snapped at five games.
The Hawks lost for the first time in three games since losing leading scorer Joe Johnson to an elbow injury that required arhtroscopic surgery. He will be out four to six weeks.
