Jrue Holiday piled up 20 points and nine assists and Elton Brand collected 19 points and 12 rebounds as the visiting Philadelphia 76ers took out the Los Angeles Clippers, 104-94, on Wednesday.

Jodie Meeks scored 22 points and Louis Williams added 14 off the bench for the 76ers (35-33), who moved into a tie for sixth place in the Eastern Conference with the New York Knicks.

Philadelphia has two games remaining on its five-game road trip, with stops in Sacramento and Portland coming this weekend.

The game was tied 51-51 early in the third before the 76ers made their move, going on a 26-8 run over the next eight minutes to grab an 18-point edge. Meeks drained a pair of 3-pointers during the spurt and finished 5 of 8 from beyond the arc.

Los Angeles cut it to single digits, 79-71, at the 10:11 mark of the fourth but Williams knocked down a 3-pointer and Brand hit a jumper to stretch it back out.

Randy Foye had 20 points and DeAndre Jordan recorded 16 points and 15 rebounds for the Clippers.
