Kris Humphries had 18 points and a career-high 23 rebounds and the New Jersey Nets made 11 of 13 free throws in overtime to escape Cleveland with a 98-94 victory over the Cavaliers.

The Nets made just two baskets in overtime, but did the rest of their work at the line. Brook Lopez had 18 points and five rebounds before fouling out in the extra session, Sasha Vujacic had 18 points and the Nets ended a four-game losing streak by beating the league’s worst team.

J.J. Hickson had 17 points and 17 rebounds and Ramon Sessions scored 21 points for the Cavs, who have dropped four straight and 10 of their last 12.

Anthony Parker had a chance to win it at the end of regulation, but his turnaround jumper was off the mark. Parker briefly gave the Cavs an 82-80 lead late in the fourth, but Lopez tipped in his own miss for the Nets to tie the game and ultimately force overtime.
