Ehire Adrianza homered, Max Kepler had two hits and three RBIs, and Martin Perez picked up his sixth win of the season to lead the visiting Minnesota Twins to a 7-1 win over the Seattle Mariners on Friday night.

It was the fourth straight victory for the Twins, who have also won five in a row on the road. Marwin Gonzalez went 2-for-5 and scored two runs, and Adrianza finished 2-for-3 with two RBIs and two runs.

Perez (6-1) allowed one run on five hits over 6 2/3 innings, walking four and striking out seven to improve to 3-0 on the road this season. He left his previous start, a 5-3 loss to the Detroit Tigers on Sunday, after taking a comebacker off his left foot.

Edwin Encarnacion went 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI, and Dee Gordon also had two hits for Seattle, which lost for the 14th time in the past 18 games.

A ground-rule double to right-center in the first inning was the 350th two-bagger of Encarnacion's career. The Mariners designated hitter joined Albert Pujols and Miguel Cabrera as the only active major league players with 350 career homers and doubles, making him the 74th player in history to accomplish the feat.

Marco Gonzales (5-3) took the loss, allowing six runs (five earned) on eight hits and two walks over five innings.

Gonzales retired the first seven batters he faced before Adrianza gave the Twins a 1-0 lead with his third home run of the season, a 414-foot drive to left.

The Twins increased their lead to 3-0 in fourth when they opened the inning with fourth consecutive singles. Kepler drove in the first run with a bases-loaded single to center, and one out later, Adrianza drove in a run with a sacrifice fly.

Minnesota loaded the bases again in the fifth on singles by Jorge Polanco and Gonzalez and a walk to C.J. Cron. Willians Astudillo then drove in Polanco with a sacrifice fly, and Kepler followed with a two-run single to center to make it 6-0.

The Mariners cut it to 6-1 in the bottom of the fifth on a two-out single by Encarnacion, driving in Gordon, who had singled and advanced to second on a walk to Mitch Haniger.

The Twins added an insurance run in the ninth on a two-out RBI double by Jonathan Schoop. He drove in Adrianza, who had singled.
