Yasmani Grandal doubled twice Tuesday, driving in one run and scoring one, as the visiting Milwaukee Brewers topped the Pittsburgh Pirates 4-3 on Tuesday.

Bryan Reynolds homered while Jose Osuna and Pablo Reyes each had an RBI double for Pittsburgh, which has lost four straight and 14 of its past 16.

Milwaukee starter Chase Anderson pitched 5 2/3 innings, giving up two runs and six hits, with four strikeouts and one walk.

Junior Guerra (4-3) got the final out of the sixth in earning the win. Matt Albers gave up a run in the ninth but got his second save.

Pittsburgh's Steven Brault was reinstated from the injured list to start. He went 5 1/3 innings, allowing two runs and three hits, with six strikeouts and one walk.

Milwaukee center fielder Lorenzo Cain left in the first inning with an apparent knee injury after he fouled a ball off his knee. He eventually resumed the at-bat and flied out, but he did not subsequently take the field.

Brault was perfect through four innings, until Ryan Braun walked to lead off the fifth. Grandal followed with a double to drive in Braun for a 1-0 Brewers lead. Manny Pina reached on an infield single, moving Braun to third. Braun scored to make it 2-0 on Trent Grisham's double-play grounder.

Reynolds hit a one-out home run in the sixth, his 11th homer, on a shot to center to close it to 2-1. Starling Marte followed with a single and scored to tie the game on Osuna's double.

Against Pirates reliever Francisco Liriano (4-3) in the seventh with a 2-2 tie, Braun opened with a single and went to third on Grandal's double. An out later, Orlando Arcia drove in Braun with a sacrifice fly.

With the bases loaded and two outs in the ninth, Pittsburgh catcher Elias Diaz threw a pickoff attempt to first, then the play shifted to a rundown between third and home, but Diaz was called for interference and Milwaukee was credited with a run to make it 4-2.

Diaz got some redemption in the bottom of the ninth when he singled, took second on Albers' wild pitch and scored on Reyes' double. After being bunted to third with one out, Diaz was stranded after Albers held the lead.
