DJ LeMahieu homered for the second consecutive game, and the visiting Colorado Rockies beat the Atlanta Braves 4-2 on Sunday, sweeping a four-game series at SunTrust Park.

The second baseman, who delivered what turned out to be the winning homer in the 10th inning on Saturday, started a decisive two-run rally in the third inning with another solo shot, his 11th, into left-center field. The Rockies tacked on another run on Nolan Arenado's RBI single for a 3-1 lead.

The win gave Colorado its first four-game sweep in Atlanta and its first four-game sweep over the Braves since 2016 at Coors Field.

The winning pitcher was right-hander German Marquez (11-9), who worked seven innings and allowed two runs on five hits and one walk. Marquez struck out five and won his second straight start. He is 6-1 with a 2.56 ERA since June 30.

It was quite different result than the first time Marquez faced Atlanta on April 6. On that frosty 27-degree day, he allowed seven runs in 4 2/3 innings in an 8-3 loss.

Adam Ottavino pitched a perfect eighth and Wade Davis worked a scoreless ninth earn his 35th save. Davis worked around a one-out single by Ender Inciarte, striking out the side to earn his third save of the series.

Braves starter Anibal Sanchez (6-4) worked 6 2/3 innings and allowed three runs on five hits and two walks. He struck out eight and lost to the Rockies for the first time in his career.

Atlanta rookie Ronald Acuna Jr. went 0-for-4 and had his 11-game hitting streak broken.

The Braves scored a run in the first on Johan Camargo's single to center field that scored Freddie Freeman, who had doubled with two outs.

The Rockies tied the game in the second inning on Trevor Story's 26th homer, a line-drive shot to left field to lead off the inning.

After Colorado took the lead in the third, the Braves cut the deficit to 3-2 in the sixth on Camargo's second RBI single of the day.

Colorado got some insurance in the ninth when Carlos Gonzalez drove in a run with a single.

The Braves made a roster move on Sunday, activating left-hander Sam Freeman and returning southpaw Kolby Allard to Triple-A Gwinnett. Freeman missed 20 games due to left shoulder inflammation.
