Jurickson Profar's second two-run homer of the game broke a ninth-inning tie and sparked San Diego to a 6-4 victory against the host Baltimore Orioles on Friday night, stretching the Padres' winning streak to six games.

The two-out blast was Profar's 18th homer of the season and came off Orioles closer Craig Kimbrel (6-3), who was roughed up for the second day in a row.

Xander Bogaerts provided three hits as the Padres began the final series of a nine-game road swing following the All-Star break. San Diego used seven pitchers, though the team allowed more than three runs for the first time in six games. Robert Suarez (5-1) was the winner, working the final 1 2/3 innings despite blowing a save opportunity in the eighth.

After Profar's first blast, which tied the game at 2-2 in the sixth, the Padres added runs later in the inning on back-to-back RBI doubles from Bogaerts and Jackson Merrill.

Jordan Westburg and Anthony Santander homered for the Orioles, who lost for the fourth time in five games.

Santander's 29th homer led off the bottom of the eighth against Adrian Morejon. The Orioles tied the game later in the inning when Ryan O'Hearn doubled, went to third on Heston Kjerstad's infield single, and scored on Ryan Mountcastle's sacrifice fly off Suarez.

Orioles starter Grayson Rodriguez, who was going for his 13th victory of the season, went five-plus innings and was charged with two runs on seven hits with two strikeouts. It was the second day in a row that a Baltimore starter took a shutout into the sixth only to have that bid broken up by a home run.

Reliever Burch Smith, in his fifth game with Baltimore, gave up two runs (one earned) in one inning.

Padres rookie starter Adam Mazur, making his eighth start, last just 2 2/3 innings, allowing one run on two hits and two walks in his first outing with San Diego since July 9. Mazur has given up at least one home run in five of his starts.

Profar followed Luis Arraez's sixth-inning single with a homer to tie the game.

Westburg's 17th homer led off the second inning. The Orioles made it 2-0 with an unearned run in the fourth, with Mountcastle's fielder's choice grounder scoring Westburg, who had walked.

Rodriguez gave up four singles across the first three innings, but he was bailed out by a pair of double plays.
