In the fourth, Charlie Blackmon hit an RBI single to boost the Rockies' lead to 4-0.
The Phillies placed runners at first and second with two outs in the fifth and Harper struck out swinging on a 3-2 curve ball.
Story crushed a solo homer in the seventh, his 20th of the season, for a 5-0 Rockies advantage. Colorado then went back-to-back with a 437-foot homer by Cron for a six-run lead.
