Christian Yelich doubled home the go-ahead run in the 11th inning and Willy Adames went 3-for-6 as the visiting Milwaukee Brewers beat the Cincinnati Reds, 7-4, Saturday night.

Jandel Gustave (1-0) pitched the final two innings to record his first win for the Brewers, who improved their lead to six games over second-place Cincinnati in the National League Central. With Nick Castellanos unavailable due to a sore right wrist and a late injury to newly activated Michael Lorenzen, the Reds were forced to use pitcher Wade Miley as a pinch-hitter with the bases loaded. Miley grounded out to end the game.

Sean Doolittle (3-1) recorded just one out in the 11th and was charged with the loss.

Luis Urias had two spectacular defensive plays late and singled off Josh Osich through a drawn-in infield that scored Avisail Garcia to drive in the go-ahead run in the 10th before Tyler Stephenson tied the game with a sacrifice fly in the bottom of the inning.

For the second straight night, the Reds jumped out to a 2-0 lead. Tyler Naquin, filling in for the injured Castellanos in right field, and Eugenio Suarez worked one-out walks against Brewers starter Brandon Woodruff in the second inning.

The Brewers put runners on first and second in the fourth, fifth and sixth innings but couldn't break through against Castillo. The Cincinnati starter was lifted after six innings and 101 pitches, allowing just five hits, striking out eight and walking three.

Milwaukee finally broke through against relievers Amir Garrett and Brad Brach in the seventh, scoring three times to take a 3-2 lead.

Lorenzen, who was activated Friday off the 60-day injured list, made his first appearance of the season in the eighth, holding the Brewers scoreless by striking out two to work around a walk and a hit. He moved to right field for the ninth inning as Heath Hembree came on to pitch a scoreless inning.

But Lorenzen appeared to suffer a significant lower body injury while tagging and scoring the tying run on the Stephenson sacrifice fly in the 10th. He made his way immediately to the clubhouse with Reds training staff.

Following a 45-minute rain delay in the bottom of the seventh, Jonathan India tied the game in the eighth when Milwaukee reliever Brad Boxberger left a pitch up in the zone and the Reds rookie lifted the offering down the left field line and off the foul pole for his seventh homer.
