Alexei Ramirez and Jose Abreu recorded two hits and an RBI apiece while Marcus Semien had a key run-scoring double for the White Sox, who scored 25 times in the trio of wins during the series. Andre Rienzo (2-0) allowed three runs (two earned), five hits and struck out four over six innings to win his second straight start.

Desmond Jennings collected two hits while David DeJesus and Matt Joyce each knocked in a run for the Rays, who have dropped five of their last six games. Tampa Bay starter Jake Odorizzi (1-3) gave up four runs and eight hits in 4 1/3 innings, failing to go more than five for the fourth straight outing.

Ben Zobrist notched his first of two doubles and came home when Rienzo and third baseman Gordon Beckham made errors on a bunt attempt before Jennings scored from second base on Joyce’s deep sacrifice fly in the first. Adam Dunn singled and trotted home when De Aza hammered a 1-1 pitch into the right-field seats to forge a 2-2 tie in the second.

DeJesus’ RBI double put the Rays ahead in the fourth before Ramirez tripled in a run and scored on Semien’s two-out double into the left-field corner in the bottom of the frame. Eaton padded the lead with an opposite-field double to left that brought home a pair with two outs in the sixth inning off Jake McGee.
