Cardinals 4, Diamondbacks 2: Allen Craig delivered a tiebreaking RBI double in the seventh inning to help host St. Louis complete a three-game sweep.

Shane Robinson ripped a two-run double among three hits and Jhonny Peralta had two hits and scored a run for the Cardinals, who wrapped up a 7-2 homestand. Lance Lynn gave up two runs and struck out six in six innings, Pat Neshek (1-0) worked two scoreless innings for the win and Trevor Rosenthal notched his 14th save.

Wade Miley (3-5) was tagged with a tough loss after allowing three runs in 6 2/3 innings. Paul Goldschmidt and Aaron Hill produced first-inning RBIs before Arizona was stymied over the next eight frames, finishing the series with just four total runs.

Gerardo Parra led off the game with a base hit and Martin Prado walked before Goldschmidt delivered an RBI single. Hill followed with a sacrifice fly to right and Miley carried the 2-0 lead into the sixth, when an error by Hill opened the door for Robinson's game-tying double.

Matt Holliday walked with two outs in the seventh and scored on Craig's double to right-center, which chased Miley. Matt Carpenter provided some insurance with a bloop run-scoring hit to center with two outs in the eighth as St. Louis improved to 20-10 all-time against Arizona at the new Busch Stadium.
