Dodgers 4, Braves 3: Juan Uribe delivered a two-run homer in the eighth inning and Carl Crawford hit two solo home runs as host Los Angeles won the National League Division Series in four games.

Yasiel Puig doubled to start the eighth against Atlanta reliever David Carpenter (0-1) and Uribe failed two bunt attempts and faced a 2-2 count before smashing a towering blast into the left-field bullpen to turn a 3-2 deficit into a one-run lead. The Dodgers, who won the series 3-1, will face St. Louis or Pittsburgh in the NL Championship Series beginning Friday.

Brian Wilson (1-0) worked out of an eighth-inning jam and Kenley Jansen struck out the side in the ninth for the save. Probable NL Cy Young Award winner Clayton Kershaw started on three days’ rest for the Dodgers and allowed two unearned runs and three hits in six innings, while Atlanta’s Freddy Garcia matched him by giving up two runs and eight hits in six innings.

Atlanta took a 3-2 lead in the seventh when Elliot Johnson hit a one-out triple into the right-field corner off Ronald Belisario and scored when pinch hitter Jose Constanza followed with a line single to left-center field. Chris Johnson went 3-for-4 with an RBI for the Braves.

Crawford led off the first inning with a homer to right and went deep again in the third with a blast inside the right-field foul pole. A throwing error by Adrian Gonzalez on a potential double-play ball in the fourth set Atlanta up to score two unearned runs on Chris Johnson’s single to left and Andrelton Simmons’ fielder’s choice.

GAME NOTEBOOK: The Dodgers originally intended to start RHP Ricky Nolasco but switched to Kershaw about six hours before the start. … Chris Johnson went 7-for-16 with five RBIs in the series. … Crawford is the first Los Angeles player with a multi-homer performance in a postseason game since Shawn Green in the 2004 NLDS.
