Cubs 9, White Sox 3: Dioner Navarro had a career day with three home runs and six RBIs and Scott Feldman pitched six solid innings as the host Cubs routed their crosstown rivals to match their season high with three straight wins.

Navarro went deep twice from the right side against White Sox starter John Danks (0-1) for the first multi-homer game of his career before turning around to the left-hand side for a three-run blast against Brian Omogrosso.

Feldman (5-4) struck out seven and limited the White Sox to two runs on six hits to win for the fifth time in his last six decisions.

Anthony Rizzo's RBI groundout in bottom of the first put the Cubs on the board first, but Tyler Flowers singled home a run in the top of the second to tie it. Navarro broke the tie with a drive to left-center in the second and added a two-run blast just inside the left-field foul pole to make it 4-1 in the fourth.

The White Sox trimmed it to 4-2 on Alejandro De Aza's sacrifice fly in the fifth, but the Cubs' bullpen held the White Sox to one more run. The Cubs tacked on two in the sixth on a wild pitch and pinch hitter Ryan Sweeney's RBI single and three more on Navarro's third homer - a blast to right that got out of the park and onto Sheffield Avenue.

GAME NOTEBOOK: The Cubs have won the first two games of the scheduled four-game, two-site series, which wraps up Thursday at Wrigley Field. Tuesday's game was postponed because of rain. … Navarro is the first Cubs player with a three-homer game since Aramis Ramirez on July 20, 2010, and the first Cubs catcher with three homers in a game since George Mitterwald on April 17, 1974. … In his second start of the season, Danks was tagged for four runs - three earned - on five hits in four innings.
