Orioles 7, Rockies 2:
Adam Jones and Chris Davis belted two-run homers and combined to score five runs to help back a solid outing by Scott Feldman as host Baltimore took the rubber game.

After a 7-6 start with the Chicago Cubs, Feldman (3-3) allowed two runs and five hits in 6 2/3 innings to reach the 10-win mark for the first time since 2009. He struck out three and walked two, carrying a shutout into the seventh inning.

Alexi Casilla singled in a run in the second to give the Orioles a 1-0 lead and Jones followed Davis' double with a shot over the center-field wall in the third to make it 3-0. Brian Roberts added a two-run single to score both Davis and Jones in the seventh and Davis crushed his 45th homer in the eighth for Baltimore, which sits three games behind Oakland for the second wild card spot in the American League.

Colorado starter Jhoulys Chacin (11-7), who was pitching in the wake of his grandmother's death on Saturday, allowed three runs and a season high-tying nine hits in 5 1/3 innings to get saddled with the loss. It marked the first time in 10 road starts that the right-hander gave up more than two runs.

Troy Tulowitzki had the only two hits against Feldman through the first six innings but Charlie Blackmon had an RBI double, stole third and scored on a groundout in the seventh to cut the Rockies' deficit to 3-2. Colorado stranded five runners and hit into one double play over the final four frames in falling to 4-14 against the American League East.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Jones' home run was his 25th, making him just the second OF to reach that mark three times with the Orioles. Hall of Famer Frank Robinson did it five times while with Baltimore. ... Orioles SS J.J. Hardy sat for the second straight game due to back tightness. ... Colorado continues its road trip Monday with the first of four games at Philadelphia. Baltimore stays home to host Tampa Bay in the first of three.
