Arizona’s Justin Upton extended his hitting streak to 10 games with his 21st home run in the seventh.

Diamondbacks’ starter Josh Collmenter (6-6) had his three-game winning streak snapped after giving up five runs on seven hits over 3 2/3 innings.

Kemp blasted a three-run shot in the third for his 25th home run and first in his last 11 games as the Dodgers won for the fifth time in their last six games.

Willie Bloomquist and Ryan Roberts hit solo home runs for Arizona, which remained four games behind National League West-leading San Francisco.
