Corey Hart hit his fifth home run in six games and Zack Greinke won his fourth consecutive decision, as the Milwaukee Brewers picked up a rare road win by beating the Cincinnati Reds 7-2 on Tuesday at Great American Ball Park.

Jonathan Lucroy hit his sixth home run and Hart added an RBI single for the Brewers, who won for just the fourth time in their last 15 road games, improving their NL-worst road record to 9-18. The seven runs were their most in a road game since a 9-0 win at Philadelphia on April 19.

Greinke (4-1) struck out six while allowing two runs over six innings. He has struck out at least five in all six of his starts this season.

Jay Bruce tallied his 38th hit of the month with an RBI single in the first to give the Reds a 1-0 lead, but the Brewers erased the deficit with a four-run third, capped by Hart's three-run home run to center off Chad Reineke. In his first major-league appearance since August 2009, Reineke (0-1) allowed six runs (five earned) over 6 1/3 innings.

The loss was only the Reds' second in their last 13 games against Milwaukee.
