Gaby Sanchez belted a three-run homer in the eighth inning and Mike Cameron went deep on two occasions to lift the reeling Florida Marlins to an 8-4 triumph over the Philadelphia Phillies on Saturday.

Mike Stanton added his 32nd homer of the season before leaving with a leg injury for Florida, which hit five homers in all in posting just its sixth win in 28 outings.

With Philadelphia nursing a 4-3 lead, Antonio Bastardo (6-1) relieved Cole Hamels and walked the only two batters he faced. David Herndon entered the contest and promptly served up back-to-back homers to Sanchez and Cameron. Former Phillie Greg Dobbs added a solo shot two batters later to cap the five-run eighth inning.

Edward Mujica (9-5) worked a scoreless inning to secure the win and Leo Nunez retired the side in the ninth to preserve the win.

Hamels collected a pair of RBI singles and Wilson Valdez ripped a two-run double for Philadelphia, which saw its five-game winning streak come to an end.

The Phillies remain 8 1/2 games ahead of Atlanta in the National League East after the Braves dropped a 2-1 decision in 10 innings to the Los Angeles Dodgers.
