Jair Jurrjens become the National League’s first 10-game winner and the visiting Atlanta Braves snapped the San Diego Padres’ three-game winning streak with a 10-1 victory on Saturday.

Jurrjens (10-3) gave up one run on three hits and four walks over six innings in his 14th start this season. The last Braves pitcher to win 10 games in 14 or fewer starts was Tom Glavine in 2002.

Padres starter Dustin Moseley (2-7) allowed three runs - two unearned - on five hits and four walks over 5 1/3 innings.

The Braves, who improved to 32-7 when scoring first, broke the game open with three runs in the eighth and four in the ninth. Dan Uggla went 2-for-3 with a home run and four RBIs.

Alberto Gonzalez hit his first home run for San Diego, which managed only four hits after scoring its most runs at home this season in Friday's 11-2 victory.
