Grady Sizemore drove in three of Cleveland's four first-inning runs and the Indians erupted for eight more in the fourth en route to a 13-9 win over host Toronto on Wednesday night, clinching their third straight series win over the Blue Jays.

Sizemore's bases-clearing double to the center-field wall helped send Toronto starter Kyle Drabek (3-4) packing after just two-thirds of an inning. The rookie righthander threw only 15 of 38 pitches for strikes in the shortest outing of his career, while his three walks increased his league-leading total to 45.

Matt LaPorta added a three-run homer in the Indians' big fourth inning, his fifth in 14 career games against Toronto. The Blue Jays prolonged the inning with a pair of errors, as center fielder Rajai Davis misplayed a catchable fly ball and shortstop Yunel Escobar botched a pop-up.

That was enough offense for Josh Tomlin and the Indians, who took two of three in Canada while improving to 8-2 in their last 10 games against the Blue Jays. Eight different Cleveland pitchers have earned victories in that stretch.

Tomlin (7-2) allowed six runs on eight hits over six innings, walking one and striking out seven.

The Blue Jays' biggest highlight came in the fifth inning when Eric Thames, Davis and Jayson Nix hit consecutive triples to put Toronto on the scoreboard. The back-to-back-to-back triples left the Jays one shy of the major-league record set by the 1934 Boston Red Sox, who hit four straight triples in a 14-4 win over the Detroit Tigers.

Davis added a three-run homer in the sixth inning, his first of the season.
