Chris Coghlan had three hits including a home run Ronny Paulino drove in a pair as the Florida Marlins continued their assault of the Milwaukee Brewers pitching staff with a 6-4 victory on Tuesday.

Hanley Ramirez, Jorge Cantu and Dan Uggla chipped in an RBI apiece for the Marlins, who have plated 19 runs through two games against the struggling Brewers.

Coghlan led off the game with a solo shot off Milwaukee starter Dave Bush to spark a three-run rally right out of the gate. Bush allowed the next four batters to reach on three hits and a walk, with Ramirez knocking an RBI single and Uggla doubling in a run.

The Brewers tied it up in the sixth when Prince Fielder touched up Ricky Nolasco for a solo homer and Corey Hart followed Casey McGehee’s single with his 14th homer of the season.

Trevor Hoffman struggled in an inning of relief, as he has most of this season. The all-time saves leader - now working as a set-up man - allowed three runs in the seventh on three hits and two walks. Hoffman (1-4) now owns an 11.65 ERA and has allowed multiple runs in an appearance six times already this season.

Nolasco (4-5) gave up three runs anad struck out eight in seven innings to earn the win.

Leo Nunez tossed a scoreless ninth for his 11th save.
