Troy Glaus hit his seventh home run of the season and red-hot Martin Prado put together his 23rd multi-hit game to power the Atlanta Braves to a 5-2 victory against the Pittsburgh Pirates on Sunday at Turner Field.

The Braves have won five in a row and wrapped up a three-game sweep of the Pirates.

Atlanta took the lead on Chipper Jones' pinch-hit RBI single in the eighth and added two insurance runs on Jason Heyward's two-run triple a batter later. The three-run rally against Joel Hanrahan (1-1) made a winner of Takashi Saito, who worked a perfect eighth to improve to 1-2.

Billy Wagner retired the side in order in the ninth for his seventh save in nine opportunities.

The Braves' offense broke out too late to get Kenshin Kawakami his first win of the season. Kawakami took a 2-0 lead into the seventh, but he allowed Pittsburgh to tie it on Jeff Clement's fifth homer of the season, a two-run shot after Garrett Jones' leadoff walk.

Kawakami left with two outs in the seventh, allowing the two runs on four hits, but his record remained 0-7.

Glaus gave the Braves a 2-0 lead with a sacrifice fly in the first and a solo homer in the third. Yunel Escobar added three hits for the Braves, the slumping shortstop's first three-hit game this season.
