Conrad, subbing for injured third baseman Chipper Jones, hit a two-run homer off reliever Carlos Villanueva in the eighth and added a two-run double off closer Trevor Hoffman in the ninth.

In sweeping the three-game series, the Braves scored 17 runs off relievers and outscored the Brewers 28-7 overall. Milwaukee owns the worst home record in the majors at 4-11.

Yovani Gallardo limited Atlanta to two runs on five hits in six innings, but the Braves quickly capitalized when Manny Parra (0-2) relieved Gallardo in the seventh. Jason Heyward doubled in pinch-hitter Matt Diaz, who led off with a double, and Heyward scored on Brian McCann’s single for a 4-2 lead.

Braves starter Derek Lowe (5-3) allowed two runs on six hits in six innings for the win. Three relievers combined to allow just one hit the rest of the way.

Milwaukee tied the score at 2-2 in the sixth when Jim Edmonds had an RBI single and scored on a double by Casey McGehee, who had his third consecutive game with two hits.
