Unbeaten Roy Halladay won his fourth game of the young season, leading the Philadelphia Phillies to a 2-0 victory over the Atlanta Braves on Wednesday night.

Halladay (4-0) allowed five hits in his second complete game of the season to snap a three-game losing streak by the Phillies. He struck out seven and lowered his ERA to 0.82 in winning his first four starts for the first time in his career.

It was his major league-best 20th complete game since the beginning of the 2008 season.

Jayson Werth had a pair of doubles for the Phillies, scoring their first run on Raul Ibanez's ground-rule double in the second and driving in Ryan Howard with a two-bagger in the sixth.
Halladay ran into trouble in the seventh, loading the bases with one out, but was bailed out by his defense. Second baseman Chase Utley made a diving stab of Yunel Escobar's hard smash and turned it into a 4-6-3 inning-ending double play.

Braves starter Tim Hudson (1-1) lasted six innings, allowing just two runs and six hits. He struck out five and walked two in falling to 0-5 in his last 10 starts against Philadelphia.
