Troy Glaus hit a walk-off home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to lift the Atlanta Braves to a 5-4 victory over the Kansas City Royals in Saturday’s interleague matchup.

Glaus led off the ninth with a shot to left off Royals reliever Robinson Tejada (2-3). It was Glaus' 14th homer of the season and it gave the Braves their 13th home win in their last 14 games at Turner Field. Atlanta leads the majors with a 23-7 home mark.

The blast made a winner of Billy Wagner (5-0), who allowed just a hit in the ninth.

The Braves led 4-2 before the Royals rallied to tie it with two runs in the seventh. Jason Kendall delivered a two-run single to center to pull Kansas City even.

Brian McCann homered and Chipper Jones added two hits and an RBI for Atlanta.

Kansas City ace Zack Greinke is still searching for consecutive wins for the first time this season after allowing four runs - three earned - on six hits in seven innings of the no-decision.
