Laynce Nix homered for the second straight night and Jay Bruce went 4-for-4 with a pair of RBIs as Cincinnati sent Cleveland to its sixth straight loss with a 6-4 win on Saturday.

Johnny Cueto (4-1) threw five shutout innings before allowing a two-run homer to Travis Hafner in the sixth. Cueto allowed four hits, struck out five and walked a pair in six innings.

Nix hit his fourth homer of the season in the fourth inning off Fausto Carmona (4-2), who was victimized by his defense. Carmona surrendered five runs, but only three were earned thanks to three errors behind him.

Bruce was 0-for-12 over his last three games, losing 23 points off his batting average, before singling three times and adding a double. Brandon Phillips scored three times and had one of four stolen bases off Cleveland pitching.
