Lyle Overbay delivered a walk-off home run in the bottom of the 11th inning off Mark Hendrickson to give the Toronto Blue Jays a 5-4 win over the Baltimore Orioles on Saturday.

It was Overbay’s 20th homer of the year and Toronto’s fourth dinger of the day.

Baltimore broke the ice with an RBI ground-rule double from Brandon Snyder in the top of the second and Jays starter Ricky Romero then walked in a pair of runs before he could get out of the inning.

Aaron Hill replied for Toronto with a solo shot in the bottom of the second and Travis Snider also hit one in the third to bring the Jays within one run. The teams exchanged homers in the seventh inning with Ty Wigginton and Edwin Encarnacion going deep to put the score even at 4.

Romero allowed three hits over five innings while also walking five. Six relievers came on to pitch after he left and David Purcey (1-1) picked up the win by tossing a scoreless 11th.

Orioles starter Jeremy Guthrie gave up four runs and three dingers over 6 1/3 innings. Hendrickson (1-6) took the loss, giving up the Overbay home run.
